Age Criteria
Admission in SANFORT remains open throughout the year on first come first serve basis depending on the availability of seats in the respective branch.

Documents required at the time of admission:
1. Copy of the birth certificate of the child issued by a civic body.
2. Three passport size photographs of the child and one passport size photograph of both the parents.
3. One passport size photograph of the attendant/ relative who would be responsible for collecting child from the school or school transport (other than parents).
General Information
SANFORT ALMANAC
The Almanac is the complete guide to school practices and regulations. It is given to each student and contains details regarding school fees, the annual calendar, etc. Parents are advised to see the Almanac regularly, as it may be an effective mode of communication between them and the School.
UNIFORM
To create a sense of equality and discipline amongst children, SANFORT students come in specially designed colourful uniforms. It also gives them unique identification. School uniform is available in the School.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The School provides transport facilities to children. Although adequate measures are taken to ensure their safety, the School is not responsible for any mishap or injury that may occur in and around the School or in the transport.
WITHDRAWAL
One month's written notice is required to withdraw the child from School, and no amount will be refunded.
Transfer Policy
As per the standard policies of SANFORT, if a child is getting transferred from one branch to another branch inthat situation, both branches have to follow specific necessary steps, which are as follows:
- A transfer application has to be given to both transferors and the transferee branch 15 days before the transfer.
- Mid-term transfers involve sharing information & documentation from one branch to another through the coordinators.
- If a student is transferred from one SANFORT branch to another, the new branch’s Annual Charges, Activity Charges, Tuition Fees, and other charges will apply.
- Parents have to pay the tuition fee& other charges as applicable in the new branch.
